Hey 👋, I’m Vitaly - an engineering leader based in Amsterdam with more than 11 years of experience and a deep technical foundation in Software engineering.

My career has been shaped by a few complementary worlds: building products from the ground up in early-stage startups, and working in a hyperscale environment as a founding engineering leader— navigating all the stages of innovation and organizational change as the company matured into a global enterprise.

Today, I lead multi-team org at Miro spanning core structured canvas formats, enterprise custom solutions, and AI-driven capabilities.

When I’m away from the screen, that same curiosity for how complex systems work guides my personal interests - whether I’m building FPV drones or exploring robotics and ML technologies.
